Job Title: Agile Coach

This position entails serving as an Agile expert, guiding teams in adopting and refining Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative environment, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and coach team members on best practices.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored Agile approaches to meet the needs of the Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system.
  • Facilitate communication among development teams, stakeholders, and Product Owners to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
  • Cultivate self-organization and accountability within teams by addressing roadblocks and facilitating continuous improvement.
  • Mentor team members in agile principles and empower them to manage and enhance Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
  • Track key performance indicators such as system uptime, response times, and cycle time to measure team performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Agile Coach (CAC) or equivalent certification.
  • 4+ years of experience as an Agile Coach in an Agile environment, with demonstrated expertise managing enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven proficiency with agile project management software, such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills specific to enterprise system challenges.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and Agile methodologies applied to CRM systems.
