Job Title: Agile Transformation Lead

Manulife is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to drive the adoption of Agile methodologies across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Support 2-3 teams on multiple backlogs, fostering collaboration and driving business outcomes.
  • Conduct regular Agile events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Develop and implement Agile best practices, educating teams on Agile principles and improving team performance.
  • Partner with Product Owners to prioritize features and tasks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a servant leader, promoting a culture of transparency, open communication, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, delivering complex technology solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SAFe framework, Agile planning tools, and ITIL certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical vision and possibilities.
  • Experience working with diverse teams, navigating complex situations, and facilitating resolution.
