Agile Delivery Lead

Job Description:

The Agile Delivery Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our development teams are working efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating Agile Processes: Guide teams through Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to improve their Agile knowledge and skills.
  • Removing Impediments: Proactively identify and remove blockers or distractions that could hinder team progress.
  • Liaising with Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between the development team and other departments or teams across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments, preferably as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of proven experience in the IT industry, with 5+ years of hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
