Agile Team Coach Opportunity

As an Agile Team Coach, you will play a vital role in driving our organization's success by helping teams deliver high-quality results while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide teams on Agile principles, tailoring them to the needs of Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system projects.
  • Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to ensure team alignment and goal achievement.
  • Act as a servant leader by identifying and resolving roadblocks related to Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies and challenges impacting system functionality or project timelines.
  • Encourage self-organization and accountability within the team, particularly in resolving Microsoft Dynamics-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with demonstrated experience managing enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching agile teams working on enterprise-level systems.
