Key Position: IT Support Specialist
Job OverviewWe seek an experienced and highly motivated IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to employees across the organization. This role is responsible for delivering top-notch support services, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
This position plays a crucial part in our IT team, supporting various departments with technical issues related to PCs, Windows operating systems, and Apple mobile devices. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be able to work independently, and effectively communicate with users to facilitate prompt resolutions.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support for PCs, Windows operating systems, and Apple mobile devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and fundamental network issues remotely using tools like Zoho Assist and Data Dog.
- Document and manage support requests through FreshService ITSM/ticketing platform.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with users to facilitate prompt and efficient resolutions.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior technicians as required.
- Adhere to company security and confidentiality policies.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and follow-up abilities.
- Maintains confidentiality and addresses sensitive requests with professionalism.
- Exhibits outstanding proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, supporting employees at all organizational levels.
- Operates independently and excels in dynamic work environments.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Experience working in Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment.
