
Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Professional to join our team as a Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needs
- Presentation of services confidently, asking the right questions, and tailoring solutions accordingly
- Guiding clients through every step: from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding
- Maintaining communication during the sourcing phase and managing follow-ups after candidate presentations
- Becoming the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retention
- Proactively identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts
- Handling administrative tasks including NDAs, contracts, and service agreements
- Building and managing your own pipeline of leads and clients through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Fluent English — both written and spoken
- Exceptional communication skills — structured, confident, and personable
- Professional presence — calm under pressure, clear, and trustworthy
- University degree — preferably in business, marketing, or a related field
- Tech-savvy and business-oriented — able to quickly grasp different industries and roles
- Empathetic sales approach — persuasive without being pushy
- At least 1-2 years of previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing, preferably in a client-facing role
- Skilled in conducting discovery/introduction calls and managing client accounts
- Proven success in managing the full client journey — from initial lead to long-term care
- Ability to nurture B2B relationships and drive client satisfaction over time
- Experience with international clients in various regions
- Familiarity with remote hiring models and diverse job roles
- Background in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong CRM and organizational skills
