Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to promote and expand our portfolio in Southeast Asia.
- Your key responsibilities will include identifying and developing business opportunities through direct sales and channel partnerships, building and managing a strong pipeline of leads and key accounts, forging and nurturing high-impact relationships with senior decision-makers in language education and assessment, and ensuring market penetration and brand awareness of our certifications in both public and private sectors.
You will also participate in trade shows, language education events, and strategic forums across the region, and collaborate cross-functionally with global product and marketing teams to drive local adaptation and growth.
- We require a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' experience in business development, ideally in the language testing, education, EdTech, or certification sectors.
- Proven success in consultative B2B sales and partnership development is essential, as well as a deep understanding of the language learning and assessment landscape in Southeast Asia, including key stakeholders, regulatory environments, and market trends.
- A strong track record of working across diverse cultural contexts and multi-country portfolios, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, fluency in English (C2 level), and proficiency in any major Southeast Asian language are also required.
