
Enterprise Customer Account Success Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer success efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for growth and retention, and driving business development through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and retention, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with our leadership team to design and implement strategic initiatives that drive business development and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the effective management of our proprietary software tools, including CRM, quote tool, sales play automation tool, and KPI dashboards.
About Your Qualifications
- Experience: 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in customer success management, business development, or a related field.
- Skills: Proven track record of success in customer account success management, with expertise in cloud communications, SD-WAN, security, network and internet service, managed services, and software.
- Personality: Positive, likeable, calm, and persuasive personality with negotiation skills, ability to meet deadlines, and composure under pressure.
