Job Title: Enterprise Sales Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth.

Your primary focus will be on building and managing scalable lead generation systems, integrating tools like Apollo, and developing outbound and inbound strategies that generate consistent, high-quality pipeline.

  • Sales Strategy & GTM Execution
  • Define and optimize ideal customer profiles (ICP) and target segments.
  • Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies that drive pipeline growth.
  • Partner with leadership to design playbooks, cadences, and account-based strategies.
  • Manage and optimize platforms like Apollo for lead sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and reactivation of past opportunities.
  • Integrate GTM systems across CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms.
  • Experiment with AI-driven personalization to improve campaign conversion.
  • Analytics & Insights
  • Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, funnel health, and ROI.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve pipeline efficiency.
  • Run A/B testing on messaging, campaigns, and outbound sequences.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
  • Train and enable sales teams on using Apollo and other GTM tools effectively.
  • Serve as the technical and strategic liaison between GTM functions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, Sales Strategy, or GTM roles.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and outbound/inbound campaign execution.
  • Strong expertise with Apollo, rB2B, and other sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in CRM management (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with workflow automation (Zapier, Workato, n8n) and data enrichment.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to translate data into actionable GTM strategies.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Hunter mentality with experience generating pipeline from multiple sources (outbound, inbound, past opportunities).
