Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced customer success professional to drive growth and expansion for our most valued customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by facilitating regular business reviews, executing on mutual success plans, addressing technical demands, and engaging internal resources to resolve issues in a timely manner.

A key focus of this role will be mitigating churn risk and protecting portfolio MRR growth through proactive management of adoption campaigns and deep relationships with customers.

This is an opportunity to build strong customer relationships, drive technology adoption across multiple product platforms, and manage partnerships to deliver exceptional value to premium customers.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:

  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Driving technology adoption and managing adoption campaigns.
  • Managing complex customer issues and escalating as needed.
  • Building and maintaining internal relationships to support customer growth and expansion.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of direct customer success experience.
  • Proven track record of success in exceeding customer satisfaction and adoption goals.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop situational awareness and make quick decisions.
  • Experience interacting with C-level executives.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
