Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Strategist to drive client retention and expansion for a scaling B2B company.

About the Role

You will own complete customer lifecycle management from onboarding through renewal and expansion, managing a portfolio of key accounts and ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes while identifying growth opportunities.

  • Develop strategic plans to drive client success and revenue growth.
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders to align on strategy and progression.
  • Leverage provided data, frameworks, and retention targets to drive results.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving renewals in complex B2B environments.

  • Collaborate with client teams to ensure achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Present solutions to business owners and senior stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative skills.
