Job Title: Account Growth Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a solution-driven individual who has a passion for customer happiness, technology, and innovation.

The primary objective is to act as a trusted consultant to our customers, ensuring their success with our software & service.

  • Increase value, retention, customer satisfaction, and ultimately revenue through expanded use of the platform.
  • Become the primary contact post-sales by conducting a thorough customer onboarding process.
  • Prepare accounts to be billable by ensuring customers successfully start with our service.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage relationships between virtual assistants and clients during & post-onboarding.
  2. Organize/escalate & resolve customer communications issues appropriately.
  3. Understand the platform's offerings and communicate its value clearly to customers.
  4. Promote upgrades, engage in upsells, and obtain customer referrals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least a year of experience in client relationship management AND/OR project management.
  • Experience with process implementation is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable with Mac, Windows, Chrome, iOS, Android, and video call communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc).
