We are seeking a skilled and friendly customer service representative to support our clients in a BPO contact center. The ideal candidate will be able to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
About the Role:- Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, as well as respond to billing-related queries.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Aged 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools
- Fluency in English and Spanish language
