Customer Service Representative

We are looking to hire an individual with excellent communication skills to manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity, excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level), solid organizational and time management skills, and tech savviness.

The position requires the ability to work on a graveyard shift and have a proactive and confident attitude with keen attention to details.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction, and taking ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

Working Conditions:

  • US work hours (20-40 hours per week)
  • This is a remote job

Salary Package:

  • Entry Level: Up to $31,000/year
  • Intermediate Level: Up to $42,000/year
  • Expert Level: Up to $53,000/year
