Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries related to the Employment Hero HR Platform in a timely manner.
  • To collaborate with the wider squad and support team to educate customers on best practice system use.
  • To proactively analyze product functionality, understand platform logic, and identify user errors and root causes.
  • To conduct triage of customer support issues and assign to the appropriate team or resolve where possible.
  • To escalate bugs or product logic/functionality concerns as necessary.
  • To work with customers across multiple channels to understand organisational workflow and how the platform can support people processes.
  • To contribute feature requests and Help Centre suggestions based on customer insights.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service/support environment.
  • Relevant experience in a SaaS customer experience environment.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
