Customer Service Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team, train and develop team members, and act as an escalation point for complex customer issues. They will also monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement best practices for customer service processes and workflows.
  • Analyze customer service metrics to track team performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor the customer service team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain detailed customer service documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
  • Foster a positive and solution-oriented work environment that supports the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong experience managing a team and fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
