Job Overview

We are a team of dedicated business process outsourcing experts and innovators.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for submitting technical or professional medical claims to insurance companies in a timely manner.

The Role
  • Make outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists
  • Qualify leads and communicate our business offering effectively
  • Set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets
  • Refine call scripts and share feedback with the sales team
  • Handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent follow-up
Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in B2B calling and appointment setting required
  • Able to handle high call volume with discipline and resilience
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Tech-savvy with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity
  • Clear and coherent communication skills to introduce our value proposition
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
