Remote Lead Generation Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to fill the role of Lead Generation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Making high-volume outbound calls to introduce and promote our products/services to potential clients
  • Qualifying leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential as clients
  • Scheduling appointments for our sales team to follow up on qualified leads
  • Maintaining and updating our CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and calls
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets while handling objections and rejection in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably in lead generation or business development
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, and ability to handle rejection
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, with strong organizational and time management skills
