Job Title
Outbound Research Specialist

As a highly skilled Outbound Research Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to gather data on provider services. This role requires strong research skills and the ability to engage with clients in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound calling to initiate conversations with potential clients
  • Gather data on provider services through phone and online inquiries
  • Document conversations with precision and clarity
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders through well-crafted emails

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in handling customer interactions
  • In-depth understanding of personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, HELOC, and refinancing
  • Familiarity with key terms such as APR, origination fee, prepayment penalty, DTI ratio, and credit score impact

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience making outbound verification/info-gathering calls; can follow a script, probe, and politely persist to get rate/fee details
  • Ability to read lender materials (rate sheets, fee schedules, Loan Estimates) and capture data with zero-defect accuracy
  • Clear, neutral spoken English; strong note-taking; high attention to detail; comfortable with call recordings and QA scoring
