Sales Development Representative

Are you a driven professional seeking a challenging role in sales development? We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Specialist to power our outbound sales engine with a strong focus on cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold call decision-makers daily, pitching our recruitment services and scheduling discovery calls for our account executives.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects using LinkedIn, Apollo, and internal databases, logging activities and updating lead progress in our CRM.
  • Develop and execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach strategies, collaborating with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach scripts and strategies.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of outbound sales experience with a focus on cold calling.
  • Exceptional spoken English and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain a high level of productivity, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRMs and calling tools like Hubspot / Go High Level.
  • Available to work US business hours (EST).
  • Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B services is an asset.
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Lemlist is a plus.
