ERP Order Operations Coordinator

As a key player in our order management process, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination of orders, tracking, and ERP-driven operations. You will work closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to maintain visibility across orders and suggest improvements in workflow where needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input, manage, and track customer orders within our company's ERP system.
  • Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
  • Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines.
  • Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy.
  • Collaborate with international teams during EST working hours.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or packaging.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfort working U.S. hours (EST) in a remote setting.

  • Experience in the flexible packaging industry.
  • Familiarity with U.S.-based manufacturing or supply chain processes.
  • Prior experience working with remote or international teams.
  • A background in process improvement or operations analysis.
