ERP Order Coordinator Job

We are seeking an ERP Order Coordinator to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will play a vital role in supporting order entry, tracking, and ERP-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Input, manage, and track customer orders within the company's ERP system.
  • Order Status Coordination: Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Timely Identification of Issues: Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
  • Effective Communication: Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the U.S.-based team during EST working hours.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
  • ERP System Knowledge: Strong ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
