ERP Application Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ERP Functional Support

  2. Assist in ERP module configuration, testing, and deployment.

  3. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system functionality.
  4. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and document results.

  5. Help troubleshoot functional issues reported by users.

  6. Data & Master File Management

  7. Assist in cleansing, validating, and maintaining master data (e.g., customers, vendors, items, chart of accounts).

  8. Support data migration activities during ERP implementation or upgrades.

  9. Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies with functional teams.

  10. Reporting & Business Intelligence

  11. Develop and maintain standard reports and dashboards using ERP reporting tools or BI platforms.

  12. Support business users with ad hoc queries and report generation.

  13. Ensure reports and analytics are accurate, timely, and meet business requirements.

  14. Documentation & Process Improvement

  15. Maintain system documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.

  16. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance ERP usage and efficiency.
  17. Assist in training users on ERP functionalities and reporting capabilities.5. Technical and Hotline Support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in ERP support, business systems analysis, or finance systems.
  • Knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience with ERP reporting tools and business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or ERP-native BI tools) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Effective communication skills to work with both technical teams and business users.

  • Report writing and dashboard creation.
  • Business process understanding.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams
