Customer Relationship Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to be an empathetic customer partner, connecting, navigating, influencing, and providing solutions to customers via phone or other channels.
Main Responsibilities- Interact with people around the globe as the primary point of contact for customers via phone
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and policies to effectively assist customers
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Good communication skills are essential
- Able to work from home (WFH) with a dual monitor setup, i5 processor, Windows 10, at least 50 mbps internet connection, USB-headset, camera
- Possess WFH capabilities
