This is a remote role for a Publisher Development and Strategic Partnerships professional.
Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and driven Publisher Growth Specialist to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of publisher acquisition, activation, and long-term account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize key publisher opportunities across verticals.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through outreach and industry events.
- Pitch our value proposition, lead commercial discussions, and execute contracts.
Publisher Activation & Onboarding
- Ensure seamless onboarding of publishers with strong collaboration with internal product and tech teams.
- Drive initial setup, campaign activations, and training to help partners go live and generate early performance.
Publisher Success & Management
- Build trust-based, long-term relationships with publishers to maximize engagement and monetization.
- Analyze performance data and lead optimization initiatives to scale revenue.
- Conduct quarterly/annual business reviews and co-develop growth strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Align with advertiser teams to ensure supply-demand fit and optimize campaign opportunities.
- Share market intelligence and publisher feedback with internal teams to shape product and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements:
- A strong network or deep understanding of publishers in Asia.
- Expertise in navigating both strategic pitches and operational execution.
- Proven ability to balance strategic business development efforts with hands-on account management.
- A commercial mindset paired with empathy for partner needs.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in publisher development, affiliate marketing, adtech, or martech.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and scaling high-value publisher relationships.
- Experience managing publishers such as cashback sites, content platforms, OEMs, or fintech aggregators is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem in Asia.
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Excel, affiliate dashboards, and analytics platforms.
