Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and scheduling consultations between contacts and our sales team members.

Your primary objective will be to effectively engage with potential customers, utilizing your strong communication skills to build rapport and schedule meetings.

You will work closely with the sales team to coordinate follow-ups and ensure that all interactions meet our high standards.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent listening and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to discuss products or services and schedule meetings.
  • Scheduling consultations between contacts and sales team members.
  • Capturing customer information accurately and inputting it into our system.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to build strong relationships and increase sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
