Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships and ensuring that client satisfaction remains a competitive advantage for our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer care and sales, with experience in case management or customer service roles. They will be proficient in Salesforce CRM and other productivity software, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your primary responsibilities will include timely case management and inquiry resolution, salesforce account monitoring and maintenance, proactive customer communication, report delivery and SLA compliance, collaboration with the sales team, account retention management, customer feedback and product improvement, relationship development, and proposing additional products and services to expand our footprint within existing accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with productivity software and CRM systems is essential, with a preference for Salesforce experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of call center or related experience is required.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
