About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our mid-market and enterprise customers maximize their value from our platform and are delighted with their experience.
You will develop and maintain strong, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and help them achieve their business goals through our solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on wearing multiple hats as they guide their stakeholders throughout the customer journey.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of B2B SaaS CSM experience managing a portfolio of 40+ accounts with a successful renewals track record. They will also have 2+ years of customer onboarding and support experience, ensuring easy access to relevant resources throughout the customer journey.
In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience learning and working with a rapidly-changing SaaS tool, ideally in an early-stage startup. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to wear many hats in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About Our Ideal Candidate
- Has 5+ years of B2B SaaS CSM experience managing a portfolio of 40+ accounts with a successful renewals track record
- Has 2+ years of customer onboarding and support experience, ensuring easy access to relevant resources throughout the customer journey
- Has 2+ years of SDR or SDR management experience
- Is familiar with Sales tech stack and has experience with tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo
- Is comfortable with data analytics and has experience using data to proactively identify customer challenges
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is a self-starter with experience learning and working with a rapidly-changing SaaS tool, ideally in an early-stage startup
- Can wear many hats in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
