- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform strategic decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in sales management within the ICCT industry or a related field
- Strong understanding of ICCT products, technologies, and market dynamics
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the ICCT industry
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, if applicable
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional language skills may be preferred depending on the territory
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ICCT products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive strategic decision-making
