Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within a designated geographic area. They will develop and implement sales strategies, build, and maintain relationships with key customers, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in sales management within the ICCT industry or a related field
  • Strong understanding of ICCT products, technologies, and market dynamics
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the ICCT industry
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, if applicable
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional language skills may be preferred depending on the territory
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ICCT products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive strategic decision-making
