**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and revenue growth within a designated geographic area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and market insights
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives
* Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
* Proven experience in sales management within the ICCT industry or a related field
* Strong understanding of ICCT products, technologies, and market dynamics
* Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
* Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the ICCT industry
* Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, if applicable
* Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional language skills may be preferred depending on the territory
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ICCT products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive strategic decision-making
