Job Description

Concepcion Business Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for driving product sales through retail channels and collaborating closely with sales teams to achieve targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Drive product sales through retail channels and work closely with sales teams to promote products effectively.
  2. Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and promotional plans to enhance brand visibility and drive sales across various channels.
  3. Stay updated on industry developments and propose innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
  4. Organize and oversee trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote the brand and build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
  5. Work closely with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and products for promotional activities.
  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns through rigorous performance analysis, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail trade marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful trade marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of retail channels, consumer behavior, and trade marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
