About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Channel Sales Specialist to join our team in a dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with top-tier partners in the Conglomerate and Energy sectors, drive channel sales, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Insight & Planning:
  • Gain a deep understanding of Conglomerate and Energy customers and the key solutions in the Philippines-focused industries.
  • Develop in-depth insights into the partner ecosystem within these industries and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead a proactive partner planning process, establishing mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Drive the adoption of company programs among assigned partners while managing potential channel conflicts through clear communication and adherence to sales rules.
  • Channel Sales and Partner Development:
  • Meet and exceed targets under the Energy and Conglomerate industries, including channel sales goals for assigned Named Channels (partners) and Non-NA (commercial customers).
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key personnel in core and winback partner organizations.
  • Coordinate internal resources—support, service, and management teams—to ensure partner objectives are met.
  • Lead five key actions with Named Channel partners: Joint Account Planning, Joint Marketing, Joint Workshops, Joint Proof of Concepts (POCs), and Joint Customer Engagement.
  • Partner Operations:
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in close collaboration with partner sales resources, driving business development and growth.
  • Lead joint marketing activities with partners to develop Named Account and Non-Named Account customers.
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements and execute policies effectively.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess and improve business performance across channels.
  • Partner Enablement:
  • Lead partner capability initiatives, including certification management and target setting.
  • Coordinate training for partners, ensuring all involved departments collaborate on enabling partner success.
  • Guide partners through capability certification and ongoing training efforts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel management, preferably in the Philippines market.
  • Ability to understand and analyze partner business models and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in partner business strategic planning and executing growth initiatives.
  • Expertise in partner ecosystem development and driving collaborative relationships for mutual success.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English is preferred, with strong communication skills to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Technical skills in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and channel performance tracking.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while driving results.
