Job Overview
Key Responsibilities- Manage timekeeping and payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
- Prepare reports for payroll processing, computing salaries, allowances, deductions, and overtime.
- Conduct refreshers and orientations on compensation and benefits to employees.
- Process government remittances and prepare monthly reports.
- Ensure timely payments to respective government agencies.
- Address employee relations concerns, monitor labor laws and regulations, and provide timely reporting to management.

- Aptitude for detail and accuracy in work.
