Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage timekeeping and payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
  • Prepare reports for payroll processing, computing salaries, allowances, deductions, and overtime.
  • Conduct refreshers and orientations on compensation and benefits to employees.
  • Process government remittances and prepare monthly reports.
  • Ensure timely payments to respective government agencies.
  • Address employee relations concerns, monitor labor laws and regulations, and provide timely reporting to management.
