Job Role: Compensation and Benefits Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing compensation structures and salary bands to ensure fair and competitive pay for employees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will administer statutory and non-statutory benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, and leave entitlements.
  • Support annual salary review and bonus processes to ensure accurate and timely payouts.
  • Coordinate with external providers to deliver services efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate data in HRIS systems and generate reports as needed to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies to minimize risk and avoid penalties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation and/or benefits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex compensation and benefits issues.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and experience with HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
