Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.">
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience.">
  • Previous experience supporting SaaS products is highly desirable.">
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.">
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.">
  • Strong phone contact handling skills.">
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers.">
  • Knowledge of Intercom CRM is an advantage.">
  • Aptitude to learn new technology, systems, and applications quickly.">
  • Open-mindedness to feedback and willingness to adapt.">
  • Intermediate understanding of Customer Experience best practices.">
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.">
