Key Responsibilities

Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
Education and Experience

- A bachelor's degree in any field.">
- At least 3 years of customer service experience.">
- Previous experience supporting SaaS products is highly desirable.">
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.">
- Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.">
- Strong phone contact handling skills.">
- Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers.">
- Knowledge of Intercom CRM is an advantage.">
- Aptitude to learn new technology, systems, and applications quickly.">
- Open-mindedness to feedback and willingness to adapt.">
- Intermediate understanding of Customer Experience best practices.">
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.">
