Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing technical support and assistance to clients, as well as collaborating with other teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud technologies, including Azure and M365, and be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT industry with respect to infrastructure and application support background
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including Azure and M365
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Base salary starts at Php 100K
- 25 days paid leave
