Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Manager, located in Pasig. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs. This includes conducting needs assessments, creating instructional materials, managing learning management systems, and facilitating leadership development initiatives. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Proficiency in Training & Development, and Learning Management
  • Experience with Training and Instructional Design
  • Skills in Leadership Development
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
  • Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
