Association Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Association Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our HOA clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison between HOA boards and homeowners via email, phone, and video conferencing.
  • Coordinate meetings, ensure compliance with governing documents, and maintain smooth operations from a remote home office.
  • Manage HOA compliance matters such as rule enforcement, owner correspondence, and architectural review processes.
  • Collaborate with internal accounting to ensure accurate financials and timely delivery of budgets and dues.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HOA management, property management, or real estate coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and HOA/PM software (AppFolio, Buildium, or similar).

Success Metrics:
  • Responsiveness to board and homeowner communication within 1 business day.
  • On-time delivery of meeting agendas, budgets, and reports.
  • Positive feedback from boards (CSAT or qualitative).
