About the Role

We're seeking a skilled HOA Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of homeowner associations. This remote position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and HOA/PM software.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HOA boards, homeowners, and vendors via email, phone, and video conferencing.
  • Coordinate meetings, ensure compliance with governing documents, and maintain smooth operations from a home office.
  • Track and manage HOA compliance matters such as rule enforcement, owner correspondence, and architectural review processes.
  • Collaborate with internal accounting to ensure accurate budgets, dues, and financials are delivered on time.
  • Monitor open action items for each HOA and follow up with vendors, internal team members, or board contacts as needed.
  • Maintain and update digital records including governing documents, insurance, meeting notes, and maintenance logs.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HOA management, property management, or real estate coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and HOA/PM software.

Bonus Points
  • CMCA or AMS certification (or interest in obtaining).
  • Experience working remotely in a startup or small business environment.
  • Familiarity with Colorado HOA regulations (or willingness to learn).
