Remote Quality Assurance Specialist

The role of the remote quality assurance specialist involves conducting thorough inspections to ensure high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in multiple languages, including English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct remote inspections using SGS QiiQ technology to verify compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Support the PCA team by performing inspections efficiently and verifying that all necessary information is complete.
  • Report inspection results on time and in accordance with deadlines provided by KPI.
  • Identify and report any risks during the inspection process, adhering to the risk detection guideline provided by IC management.
  • Utilize company-provided tools and materials for inspection execution and report any deviations from standard procedures defined in the inspector's manual.

Requirements:

  • University degree.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in executing inspections, with knowledge of specific product industries or technician/professional levels being an advantage.
  • Decisive, assertive, results-oriented, and customer-focused skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Fookien, with fluency in other languages being an advantage.
