Job Role Summary:

Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional remote support to our customers. This role involves managing and resolving technical issues, updating support tickets, and documenting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and document resolution steps.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs.
  • Contribute to creating and improving knowledge base materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest company tools and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 150 Mbps internet speed and remote setup.
  • Experience in technical support, preferably remote.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a team-player mindset.
Working Conditions:

This is an entry-level position that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality support services.
