
Remote Association Manager

As a seasoned professional in homeowner association management, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of HOAs and serving as the primary remote contact for board members, homeowners, and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in HOA management, property management, or real estate coordination. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with multiple projects and deadlines.
Able to manage competing priorities, handle confidential information, and work well under pressure, you will thrive in this fast-paced environment. Experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, and HOA/PM software is essential, with CINC Systems being a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main liaison for HOA boards and homeowners via email, phone, and video conferencing.
- Schedule and remotely facilitate board meetings and annual meetings using Zoom or similar platforms.
- Prepare agendas, collect supporting documents, and coordinate meeting minutes with administrative support.
- Track and manage HOA compliance matters such as rule enforcement, owner correspondence, and architectural review processes.
- Collaborate with internal accounting to ensure budgets, dues, and financials are accurate and delivered on time.
- Monitor open action items for each HOA and follow up with vendors, internal team members, or board contacts as needed.
- Maintain and update digital records including governing documents, insurance, meeting notes, and maintenance logs.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HOA management, property management, or real estate coordination.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and HOA/PM software (AppFolio, Buildium, or similar). CINC Systems preferred.
- CMCA or AMS certification (or interest in obtaining).
- Experience working remotely in a startup or small business environment.
- Familiarity with Colorado HOA regulations (or willingness to learn).
- Responsiveness to board and homeowner communication (within 1 business day).
- On-time delivery of meeting agendas, budgets, and reports.
