We are looking for a highly organized Junior Payroll Accountant with 1-2 years of work experience in end-to-end payroll administration and/or finance operations. You will maintain confidential data and serve as the primary contact for payroll and finance queries, and assist with financial reporting.
This role involves administering and maintaining highly-confidential employee pay data and records, ensuring the accuracy of payroll reports, timesheets, etc., performing post-payroll audits to validate payroll accuracy, statutory contributions, and vendor invoices, preparing pre-payroll reports within prescribed deadlines, and acting as the main point of contact for queries from clients, employees, and partners.

As a Junior Payroll Accountant, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain highly-confidential employee pay data and records.
- Ensure the accuracy of payroll reports, timesheets, etc.
- Perform post-payroll audits to validate payroll accuracy.
- Prepare pre-payroll reports within prescribed deadlines.
- Act as the main point of contact for queries from clients, employees, and partners.
- At least 1-2 years work experience in payroll administration and/or finance operations.
- Work experience in an Employer of Record structure would be an advantage.
- Work experience in cross-country payroll would be an advantage.
- Customer service experience is a must.
- Excel proficiency is a must.
- Netsuite experience would be an advantage.
- Zendesk experience would be an advantage.
