Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the setup of payroll systems, ensuring smooth implementation, and supporting clients in managing their retirement plans.
- Referencing existing documentation on payroll systems to ensure seamless integration.
- Ensuring timely completion of action items to meet deadlines.
- Boosting client efficiency through successful project task completion.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in operations or administrative roles is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and demonstrate a passion for the work.
- Proficiency in collaboration, project management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and Jira/Confluence.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- A quick learner.
- Proactive in seeking understanding by asking questions.
40 hours per week, 9-5 pm US Eastern Time, remote. Must be able to work in the US-East Coast/New York Time Zone.
