We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify potential prospects through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn interactions.
- Arrange and attend meetings with HR managers and business owners via Zoom.
- Present our HR services confidently and effectively.
- Manage CRM records, track pipeline status, and follow up on leads.
- Achieve weekly KPIs and revenue targets.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the HR industry.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Strong sales discipline and follow-up mentality.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Bonus: Experience with recruitment, assessments, or outsourcing is a plus.
- Competitive base salary + commission (uncapped).
