
Business Growth Strategist

As a seasoned business development professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our reach in the blockchain security sector. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in risk and compliance products to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
You will take charge of coordinating and executing advertising-like campaigns, encompassing planning, launch execution, and performance reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations both online and in person, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Nurture client relationships and proactively seek out opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute market research to identify prospective clients.
- Create sales strategies and conduct competitor analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess a solid foundation in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or Business-related fields, coupled with at least one year of experience in a BDR/SDR position within the SaaS, Financial Services, Blockchain, Web3, or Crypto sectors.
Proficiency in Risk and Compliance products, specifically KYA, KYW, KYT, and smart contract risk assessments, is crucial. You should also demonstrate successful lead qualification and pipeline management skills.
A proactive approach to exploring communication channels, such as Discord and Telegram, will be an added asset. Moreover, the ability to articulate and promote the product's value proposition effectively will be key to your success.
