
Customer Partnership Manager

This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of revolutionizing virtual assistance services as an Account Lead. You will be responsible for leading direct video interactions with international clients, coaching and developing a high-performing team of virtual assistants, shaping the future of our proprietary software through hands-on testing, and building lasting partnerships with clients across global markets.
The impact you'll make:
- Client Success Management: Lead engaging video calls with international clients to understand their evolving needs, monitor client satisfaction, and proactively address concerns before they escalate.
- Virtual Assistant Success Development: Coach and mentor a team of 5-8 virtual assistants to achieve exceptional performance, coordinate professional development plans, and provide feedback and training to help VAs exceed client expectations.
- Success Coordination & Problem Resolution: Bridge communication gaps when clients and VAs face misunderstandings, coordinate replacement processes, facilitate win-win solutions, and translate client business needs into actionable development plans for VAs.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven Experience in Virtual Assistance - Demonstrated experience working as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients.
- Client Satisfaction Expertise - Proven ability to ensure client satisfaction and build lasting professional relationships.
- Team Coordination Expertise - Any experience coordinating, mentoring, or supporting other people in achieving their goals.
- Excellent Communication Skills - Professional-level written and verbal English for executive interactions.
- Results-Oriented Mindset - Understanding of what drives both client satisfaction and employee success.
