Procurement and Supplier Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a skilled procurement and supplier partnerships specialist to drive the growth of our B2B/B2C platform. This role focuses on expanding our network of high-end furniture and premium food suppliers, and nurturing commercial partnerships.

You will manage the entire lifecycle of supplier relationships, from initial outreach and negotiation to ongoing operational support. A proactive mindset is required to ensure a smooth flow of products and a premium experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, source, and secure new suppliers by negotiating and finalizing supply and wholesale agreements.
  • Manage the onboarding process for all new suppliers.
  • Maintain and update product catalogs, including complex multi-tiered pricing structures.
Operational Excellence:
  • Coordinate logistics and fulfillment to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor day-to-day platform operations to guarantee a seamless customer experience and quickly resolve any issues.
Performance and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key business metrics such as profit margins, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), stock levels, and lead times.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management with clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:Experience:
  • Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
Skills:
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently manage professional relationships via phone and email.
  • Strong analytical skills with a talent for identifying trends and working with data.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations and proficiency in using spreadsheets and CRM tools.
