We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our client retention efforts. This role is perfect for someone who excels in building strong relationships and driving growth.
- Lead direct video interactions with international clients
- Coach and develop a high-performing team of virtual assistants
- Shape the future of our software through hands-on testing
- Build lasting partnerships with clients across global markets
- Create pathways for assistant growth and development
This position requires exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong emotional intelligence, and adaptability. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute client retention plans
- Lead training sessions for virtual assistants
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in BPO/customer service environment
- 1-2 years of client-facing account management experience
- Proven track record in team development and coaching
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in performance management and metrics tracking
- Background in virtual team management (preferred)
- Competitive salary range: Php 38,000 - Php 42,000 a month
