NEMT Partnership Coordinator
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled professional to support our outreach and partnership efforts in the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) sector. As a NEMT Partnership Coordinator, you will play a critical role in connecting with national and regional NEMT brokers, managing communications, proposal submissions, credentialing documentation, and follow-ups with broker contacts and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Research and maintain a list of national and state-level NEMT brokers and key contacts.
- Send outreach emails, schedule calls, and follow up with brokers and vendor onboarding teams.
- Prepare and submit capability statements, RFP forms, and introductory documentation.
- Coordinate document collection from affiliates (insurance, licenses, compliance forms).
- Maintain a CRM or outreach tracker with current status, deadlines, and next steps.
- Assist leadership with administrative and operational support for NEMT onboarding.
- Ensure all broker requirements (e.g., vehicle compliance, HIPAA, background checks) are tracked.
- Prepare weekly status reports and participate in remote check-in meetings.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, outreach, credentialing, or virtual assistance.
- Strong written and spoken English; confident in professional email communication.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable working across multiple systems.
- Experience working remotely for U.S.-based clients (preferred).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Trello/Asana, and Zoom.
- Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or transportation industries is a plus.
